5 Things I Can’t Live Without

May 16, 2020

1. My family is everything to me. My wife and my daughters are my world. They are my support system. Isa and Ava are so sweet, loving and opinionated. They are also very creative. Ava, the eight year old is the artist. Always drawing and painting. Isa is the performer. Erverything comes with a song and dance. She can’t even brush her teeth or have dinner without singing. I have to walk around with a camera in the house as I never know what’s going to happen. The above picture with the huge strawberry  in her mouth was all her. I was just ready for it.

2.I’m a sugar addict. Take away my freedoms, but my right to eat chocolate shall not be infringed. Cake is up way there on that list. I’m the luckiest man alive that my wife is an amazing baker and my girls love to decorate cakes.

Also, might or might not be a liability the fact that cake is a staple at most weddings 🙂

3. My morning coffee.

I’m a night owl; talking to me before I had my morning coffee it’s a hazard. I might put you to sleep as I don’t make much sense.

4. I love my murder/mystery/thriller TV shows and books. Especially the British ones. Gosh, bad weather makes people do some messed up things eh?!

5. A lot of people don’t know that I’m an passionate camera collector. I got my first camera when I was seven and I’ve been collecting film cameras ever since. I have a Leica IIIa from 1935, a japanese mini spy camera from the late 1940’s, a Hasselblad 1000f from the 1952. These are not functional but I have a few that work, including a Leica M3, a Hasselblad 500m and a Contax 645.
